New gasket and bolts chased with a die.  New 195 thermostat as per the GM specs. I also chased the bolt holes with a tap.  They appear to be blind holes which is good.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/kgworks.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/IMG_2120.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" src=\"https:\/\/kgworks.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/IMG_2120.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3885\" srcset=\"https:\/\/kgworks.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/IMG_2120.jpg 640w, https:\/\/kgworks.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/IMG_2120-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>This is a nice little tool I picked up somewhere years ago.
