That will make sure it is sealed and also keep the screws from rusting. The spray is still wet and will become dull when fully dry. The jack worked fine a couple of times, but when I left it overnight and then went to lower the car one side wouldn&#8217;t drop. A pain in the neck if I have to get it off the QuickJack.  I&#8217;ve got an email out to the company to see if they can help.
