Found out the hard way I had to remove the rad before I could get the shroud out. I&#8217;ll take the rad to a rad shop and have them pressure test it before I put it back in. I need to do this to position the engine lift under the car. The universals don&#8217;t appear to be loose at all which says a lot for the original metal and grease quality.
