The manual instructions didn&#8217;t require any special tools and a careful inspection of the setup on the old carb gave me an idea of what to do.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/kgworks.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/IMG_3608.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" src=\"https:\/\/kgworks.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/IMG_3608.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5319\" srcset=\"https:\/\/kgworks.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/IMG_3608.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/kgworks.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/IMG_3608-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/kgworks.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/IMG_3608-768x576.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 767px) 89vw, (max-width: 1000px) 54vw, (max-width: 1071px) 543px, 580px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The only fuzzy area was the setting of the choke flap with vacuum put on the choke break. I don&#8217;t have the carb number so I couldn&#8217;t get the exact size for the opening at the front of the choke flap.
